By accessing or using GliderOps ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GliderOps provides a cloud-based management platform for glider and soaring clubs, including member administration, scheduling, billing, maintenance tracking, and reporting features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
Upload malicious code or content

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as outlined in our refund policy.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into GliderOps. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export your data at any time.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

GliderOps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GliderOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which time you may export it.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
