Pricing is per club, not per member, and every club gets every feature — there is no gating and no upsell tier. What moves the number is your size and whether you are a member-run club or a commercial operation. We quote it in the first conversation rather than publishing a table, because a number without your context tends to be the wrong one. Ask and you will have it the same day.
Yes, and it is 60 days — long enough to cover a real season's worth of weekends rather than a fortnight of poking around. It is not self-serve: we set it up with you, with your gliders, your rates and your roster already loaded, because an empty system tells you nothing about whether it fits your club. Get in touch and we will arrange a walkthrough and start the clock.
Member-run soaring clubs are the core of it, from around ten members up to a few hundred, flying anything from one two-seater to a mixed fleet with several towplanes. Commercial operations and soaring schools use it too. If you run a flying day with a duty roster, a dispatch log and an invoice run at the end of the month, it was built for you.
Yes, and most clubs are coming from exactly that. We import member records, flight history and account balances from spreadsheets, CSV exports or another club system, and we do the import with you rather than handing you a template and wishing you luck. Bring the messy spreadsheet — it is the normal case, not the exception.
A call to walk through how your club runs, then we configure it: your gliders and towplanes, your tow rate table, your membership types and dues, your operating hours and staffing rules. You send us the roster; we load it. Most clubs are running their first flying day on it within a week or two, and the trial is deliberately long enough that you are never rushing that.
Yes. It runs in any modern browser on a phone or tablet, which is where dispatch and sign-in actually happen. There is no app to install and nothing to keep updated on a club iPad that five people share.
You do. It is your members, your flights and your accounts, and you can export all of it — members, flight logs, billing history — to CSV or Excel whenever you want, without asking us. If you ever leave, you leave with your data.
Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is scoped by role so a member cannot see the billing ledger, and every record carries an audit trail of who changed it and when. Backups run automatically. If you need specifics for a committee or an insurer, ask and we will put the details in writing.
