Across GliderOps as a whole, we collect:

Contact form submissions and demo requests (name, email address, club name, club size, and where you provide them, phone number and message)
Account information for platform users (name, email address, club affiliation)
Usage data and interaction with our platform
Payment information processed securely through our payment providers

We do not use tracking cookies, and our website analytics collect no personally identifiable information.

Contact form submissions and demo requests are kept for up to 24 months from the date you send them, so that we can respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of our correspondence. After that they are deleted.

Platform account data is retained for as long as your club's account is active, and for a limited period afterwards where we are required to keep records. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@gliderops.com, and we will action it within 30 days.
