Glider clubs are run by passionate volunteers who'd rather be flying than wrestling with spreadsheets. GliderOps exists to give those volunteers their time back. We provide a single, purpose-built platform that handles the operational side of running a soaring club — from membership and billing to scheduling and maintenance — so clubs can focus on what they do best: getting people into the sky.

Why We Built GliderOps

After years of watching club managers juggle Google Sheets, email threads, paper logs, and half a dozen disconnected tools, we realized the gliding community deserved better. Every other industry has purpose-built software — why should soaring clubs settle for duct-tape solutions?

GliderOps was born from real experience in the cockpit and behind the operations desk. We understand the unique challenges: weather-dependent scheduling, FAA compliance requirements, volunteer-based staffing, and the need to keep costs low while running a safe, efficient operation.
