What GliderOps costs
One price for the whole club. Every feature in every plan. A 60-day trial with your own gliders and members loaded, before you decide anything.
Per club, not per member
Signing up a new student costs you nothing. Neither does a good recruiting year. Charging per head seemed backwards for an organisation whose hardest problem is finding and keeping members.
Every feature, every plan
There is no gated tier and nothing held back to sell you later. A twelve-member club runs the same software a two-hundred-member club does.
No contract, no setup fee
Annual or monthly, your choice, and you can switch. Loading your roster, rates and fleet is part of setting you up — not a line item.
What moves the number
Two things, and you already know both of them about your own club:
- How many members you have. Not exactly — a band. A fifty-member club and a sixty-member club pay the same.
- Whether you're a member-run club or a commercial operation. Commercial operations and soaring schools have different needs around invoicing, intro flights and staff, and are quoted separately.
So why isn't there a table here?
Honestly? Because every time we drafted one, it was wrong for somebody. Clubs are shaped very differently — a winch-only club with eighty members and a two-glider aerotow operation with thirty are not the same problem, and a pricing grid flattens that into a number that either overcharges you or fails to describe what you actually get.
So we ask instead. It takes about ten minutes, there is no qualification script, and nobody will chase you afterwards. You will have a real number the same day, in writing, that you can take to a committee.
Long enough to actually fly a season on it
Most trials give you two weeks and an empty database, which tells you nothing. Ours runs sixty days and starts with your gliders, your tow rates, your membership types and your roster already in it — because the only real test is whether it survives contact with a busy Saturday.
We set it up with you rather than handing you a login and walking away. If it turns out not to fit your club, you will know inside a month and we would rather you found that out on a trial than after a purchase order.
What's included, whatever you pay
All of it. This is the whole product, not a starter tier:

Questions treasurers actually ask
Tell us about your club
How many members, how you launch, what you're running on now. We'll come back the same day with a number and, if you want it, a trial with your own data in it.
